In an interview with Page Six, the four-time Super Bowl champion was promoting his 2026 Gronk Beach Presented by DoorDash event. Gronkowski revealed how he advised his former teammate, Brady, to score off the field.
The cheeky advice has now gone viral.
“Just follow your heart, Tom,” Gronkowski said with a cheeky grin, adding, “You know, wherever your heart is leading you, wherever your gut instinct is leading you. Just follow that heart, Tom.” Now, that needs to be followed up with some serious wingman advice.
Brady was married to fashion model Gisele Bündchen for 13 years, until the couple decided to divorce on October 28, 2022. Citing their marriage as “irretrievably broken,” the couple signed the papers in Florida, agreeing to co-parent their children.
“Just like he has with the game of football, treat the game of football…like how you treat dating and you’ll be very successful. Like, a number one of all time,” Gronkowski said.
Brady is out to take such advice seriously. Gronkowski had 620 catches for 9,275 yards and scored 93 touchdowns in 141 games with Brady in his career. Now that’s a major chunk of his achievements. Needless to say, the pair has been together for a really long time.
The bond was so strong that when Brady wanted to win a Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he brought back his favorite tight end from retirement. With the quarterback pursuing Gronkowski, he joined the team in 2020 and went on to win Super Bowl 55.
