The Los Angeles Rams are coming off yet another postseason heartbreak after losing to the eventual champions, the Philadelphia Eagles, 28-22, in the 2025 Divisional Round. However, the Rams still remain the class of the NFC West. The bigger question now is whether the Rams can close the gap on a potential Eagles dynasty.
Los Angeles has made significant upgrades during the offseason with notable additions like Davante Adams, but the next major step is getting through training camp. The Rams recently announced their training camp schedule along with other important information. With dates and details now official, here’s everything you need to know.
Rams Training Camp Returns to Loyola Marymount University for Second Year
Matthew Stafford’s future with the Rams was up in the air heading into this offseason. Rumors swirled, but the team ultimately retained its veteran quarterback. His extension sends a win-now message to their roster and to the rest of the league.
They backed up that messaging by bringing in Adams to replace Cooper Kupp, a move that gives this offense more upside than it showed a season ago.
Adding Poona Ford wasn’t a flashy move, but his presence should help improve a defense that ranked 23rd in rush defense success rate last season. Despite losing Michael Hoecht, the Rams still have a formidable defensive front, led by Jared Verse, Kobie Turner, and Byron Young.
