This isn’t new territory for Davis. Since inheriting the Raiders in 2011 after his father’s death, Davis has overseen massive changes, including moving from Oakland to Las Vegas and constructing Allegiant Stadium.
The franchise’s value has skyrocketed, but the wins haven’t followed. The Raiders have had just two playoff appearances in over a decade, ending in Wild Card losses.
