Ashton Jeanty saw his NFL dream come true last Thursday when the Las Vegas Raiders picked him sixth overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. The 2024 Heisman Trophy runner-up is coming off a historic season as he rushed for 2,601 yards and 29 touchdowns on 374 carries, while adding 23 receptions for 138 yards and one touchdown. He finished 27 yards short of tying Barry Sanders’ single-season rushing record.
Now in Las Vegas, Jeanty is expected to be the Raiders’ top running back immediately. And fans are already loving him, especially after his latest viral moment.
Ashton Jeanty Shares Viral TikTok Alongside Girlfriend
Jeanty and his girlfriend, Gabrielle Miller, have been together since high school at Lone Star High in Frisco, Texas. They managed a long-distance relationship while Jeanty played football at Boise State and Miller ran track at Austin Peay State University.
The two-time All-American and his long-time girlfriend recently went viral for a TikTok of them dancing together. Dov Kleiman shared the clip to X, tweeting: “Trending: Raiders star RB Ashton Jeanty’s TikTok with his girlfriend in Las Vegas has gone viral. 👀”

Miller has joined Jeanty in Las Vegas as he prepares to begin his NFL career. The 2024 winner of the Maxwell Award, Doak Walker Award, and Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award figures to play a prominent role in the Raiders’ offensive attack right away.
Many have predicted that new head coach Pete Carroll will build an offense similar to the one he built around Marshawn Lynch with the Seattle Seahawks. In 2024, after allowing Josh Jacobs to walk in free agency, Las Vegas had one of the worst rushing attacks in the entire NFL.
The Raiders ranked dead last in rushing yards and 28th in rushing touchdowns. Meanwhile, their offense was rated as the fourth-worst in the league, according to PFN’s Offense+ metric. The Raiders have looked to improve on that side of the ball significantly.
They began the offseason by acquiring Geno Smith to upgrade under center. Meanwhile, they made Jeanty the highest drafted running back since the New York Giants took Saquon Barkley second overall in the 2018 NFL Draft.
Las Vegas followed that up by drafting wide receiver Jack Bech in the second round, giving their new quarterback another target to go along with Brock Bowers and Jakobi Meyers, who crossed the 1,000-yard threshold last season. They also brought in former Miami Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert. With such a radical change over in one offseason, seeing how all the pieces fit together for Las Vegas in 2025 will be interesting.
