Eagles 7-Round Mock Draft: Howie Roseman Steals 2 Havoc-Wreaking Defenders and Lands a 21-TD WR

The second Super Bowl in franchise history should have left the Philadelphia Eagles overjoyed, but the offseason has seen a ton of roster movement, with key veterans off the team either as part of trades, free agency, or retirement.

As a result, general manager Howie Roseman once again has the unenviable task of pitching perfectly in the NFL Draft after an impeccable 2024. Here’s what the latest mock draft from PFSN believes will be their best course of action in Green Bay, Wis.

    32) Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss

“If Walter Nolen falls to No. 32, it’s going to be difficult for the Philadelphia Eagles to pass. At 6’4″, 296 pounds, with near-33″ arms, he has the build and the hyper-elite explosive capacity to underly an overwhelming power profile, and in 2024, he wreaked havoc,” said PFSN’s Ian Cummings in his latest seven-round 2025 NFL mock draft.

“Nolen can pick up Milton Williams’ role alongside Jordan Davis and Jalen Carter without missing a beat, and there’s only room to keep growing as he refines his pad level in the run game. Nolen can be a game-wrecker with his raw talent if he can stay dialed in.”

    64) James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee

“There have been whispers about James Pearce Jr.’s coachability, and even then, his run defense profile brings pressing questions. But if Philadelphia can keep him on the right path, he’s one of the most dynamic pass-rushers in the class,” Cummings said.

Those concerns have pushed him down the draft boards, but he ranks as just a shade below the calibre of a Nick Bosa or a Myles Garrett. A solid starter and high-end pass-rusher at the NFL level, his talent alone would warrant a top-20 selection.

    96) Miles Frazier, OG, LSU

“Miles Frazier is a thickly built interior blocker with great lateral mobility, stunt awareness, anchor strength, and pop in his hands, and he can ascend with Jeff Stoutland’s oversight,” Cummings said.

He has the perfect combination of mentality and physicality, while also impressing as a power-run blocker. While he will remain a guard-only prospect, he has ample talent in his repertoire to succeed at the NFL level.

    134) Jalen Travis, OT, Iowa State

It will be a question of how good Jalen Travis can become over the next few years. But even as things currently stand, he should be an excellent pass protector with the physical tools to back his immaculate football IQ.

However, adding some run blocking to his arsenal, a bit more aggression, and building on his already established foundation should make him one of the best mid-rounders available in this draft.

    161) Justin Walley, CB, Minnesota

With tremendous upside, an Eagles management that has been excellent at scouting premier corners could take a swing at Justin Walley out of Minnesota. With ample special-teams experience, he should be immediately impactful on that end.

Add in his versatility on defense, and you have the recipe for a long-term contributor for Philadelphia. Walley should be available in subpackages immediately, but over time could develop into a potential starter.

    164) Jo’Quavious Marks, RB, USC

Building out the rest of the running back room behind Saquon Barkley, Jo’Quavious Marks can be a constant threat, with the ability to be an excellent pass protector. That is where Philadelphia might utilize him most.

But even early on in his career, his combination of pass catching, wide cuts, and explosive burst should make him an instant addition to the Eagles’ offense.

    165) Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami (FL)

Effective in the run game with devastating crack-back blocks, Xavier Restrepo should be valuable to any team that drafts him. But as a receiver, he might be one of the better options available altogether, let alone this late in the draft.

A natural separator with elite efficiency and explosiveness, he should be able to provide some value in the middle and in the deep as well because of his consistency in catching the ball.

    168) Carter Runyon, TE, Towson

A loaded draft class might see the Eagles start to consider life post-Dallas Goedert. It seems likely that Philadelphia doesn’t keep him around for the long haul, making Carter Runyon a smart option as a replacement.

An excellent blocker with some high upside as a pass catcher, he can take over Goedert’s skill set to a tee and over the coming year, develop into a dependable contributor on the offense.
