The Philadelphia Eagles are coming off a dominant Super Bowl 59 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. The Eagles won 40-22 in New Orleans on February 9, 2025, crushing the Chiefs’ dreams of a historic three-peat. The Eagles remain the class of the NFC, but can they start a dynastic run?
Other NFC contenders, especially the Washington Commanders, would be excited to take down the Eagles, but first, all teams need to get through training camp. Philly recently announced its training camp schedule along with other important information. Let’s break it down.

Philadelphia Eagles’ 2025 Training Camp Returns To Lincoln Financial Field
Unlike the majority of NFL teams, which require the rookies to report a week earlier to training camp, the Eagles’ veterans and new faces will report to NovaCare Complex for training camp on July 22. The first full-team practice will later be held on the following day.
Following the end of the training camp, the Birds will kick off their preseason on August 07 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Philly will later host the Cleveland Browns for a joint practice session on August 13 before taking them on in a preseason game on August 16.
The Eagles will conclude their preseason on the road against the New York Jets on August 22. Jalen Hurts and Co. will face the Dallas Cowboys in their season opener and will have an opportunity to make a big statement.
Philly will hold its well-liked public practice session yet again this year, but there will be only one such instance. The defending champions will have their lone practice session at the Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday, August 10, at 6:30 p.m.

The tickets for the open practice have already been released and can be bought at Ticketmaster.com. Public practice general admission tickets cost $10, while a $40 VIP ticket is also available that will “provide fans with a special on-field experience before the start of practice.”
The defending champions will be excited heading into the camp, but the defensive side has seen a mass exodus of talent, with Josh Sweat, Milton Williams, Darius Slay, C.J. Gardner-Johnson, and James Bradberry among those to depart.
The offense returns almost entirely intact, with the exception of right guard Mekhi Becton and former offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, one of the few unknown variables that could impact an otherwise veteran-laden team that should make another deep playoff run in 2025.
The Birds are a little more vulnerable with a thinned-out defense, but Howie Roseman has more or less addressed it with each of their first five picks at the 2025 NFL Draft. He’ll be hoping to find some immediate contributors among the rookies, akin to what Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean provided last year.
