Rob Gronkowski, a four-time Super Bowl champion, retired from the NFL after the 2021 season.
Since then, he has been enjoying retirement alongside his longtime girlfriend and internet personality Camille Kostek, and recently joined her for the La Porte swimwear campaign.
Rob Gronkowski Becomes a Swimsuit Model?
Kostek shared an Instagram post on Friday with behind-the-scenes footage of her La Porte swim campaign, and Gronkowski was also in one of the pictures. While she modelled a series of different swimwear clothes, Gronkowski modelled pale blue swim trunks as he posed with his longtime girlfriend, who wore a red top in that picture.
“Behind the scenes shooting the @camillekostek x @laporteswim campaign 🍋📹 the only collection I’m wearing all summer long 🧺,” Kostek captioned the post.

This was not the first time Gronkowski was featured in a campaign with Kostek. In the original video announcing the launch of the collection, Gronkowski actually modelled with Kostek as the couple posed in matching swimwear at a beach. They were joined by their dog, also in matching outfits.
The experience prompted Gronkowski to admit he had become a swimsuit model. “Dang, I am a swimsuit model now! @sportsillustrated couldn’t handle this package! Hillary wishes she could get her hands on this man!! Hehehehe,” he commented on the post.

Kostek has been with Gronkowski since 2015, and their relationship is nothing short of iconic. Known for their playful chemistry, the couple has built a strong bond both in the public eye and behind the scenes. While Gronkowski dominated on the football field with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kostek carved her path in modeling and television.
The power couple first met at a Goodwill charity event in 2013 while Kostek was still an NFL cheerleader for the Patriots.
“He ripped off his ‘Hi, My name is Rob Gronkowski’ sticker on his T-shirt. He had written his phone number on the back,” Kostek said on SiriusXM.
She initially declined to take the number, but a teammate of Gronkowski’s handed it to her anyway.
“I was a rookie. I was like, ‘Oh no, no, no, I can’t take this. I can’t take his number.’ And then [his teammate] was like, ‘Just take it,’ and I was like, ‘Okay,’ and I put it in my pocket. And I never spoke about it again.”
Eventually, she FaceTimed Gronkowski, and they later took their relationship public in 2015. Their journey together has been filled with viral moments over the years, whether it’s their trending TikTok videos or spontaneous appearances on the red carpet.
Kostek and Gronkowski are proof positive that high-profile relationships can thrive when built on humor, fun, mutual support, and now a shared spirit for modelling.
