Patrick Mahomes Sr., the father of NFL star Patrick Mahomes, and Anika Cooper’s daughter Zoe celebrated her 11th birthday on April 13, and fans online sent hearty wishes. The most heartwarming one came from Mahomes Sr.

Patrick Mahomes Sr. Wishes Daughter a Happy Birthday
Mahomes Sr. posted some of the best pictures of Zoe, a soccer star in the making and a die-hard Chiefs fan, on Instagram to celebrate her on her birthday.
“Happy 11th birthday to my baby girl,” he captioned the carousel of pictures of Zoe with him in Chiefs merchandise, both of them in a father-daughter dance, and a picture with her with soccer legend Lionel Messi.

Zoe’s mother also shared the picture of her daughter with Messi, captioning it as, “You Are My Sunshine.” While the birthday wishes earned the center of attention, missing online wishes from Patrick Mahomes and his family are raising eyebrows.
Largely considered the guy his family can fall on, the Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback has kept his contact limited with his younger half-sister, Zoe Claire, at least on social media.
The two might be sharing a close bond from all the Chiefs games Zoe attends, even if that means missing her own soccer practice and sharing post-game pictures with Mahomes online. However, Mahomes, his wife Brittany, and his mother Randi remain tight-lipped on her birthday, which is coming off as a statement to many.
Especially since Brittany posted about her kids having shaved ice on the same day on her social media without even a quick “Happy Birthday” to Zoe. It’s not new, though, as the Mahomeses have not given a nod to Mahomes Sr.’s daughter online several times when posting about their family. This has also dragged the Chiefs quarterback’s family through several talks.
Patrick Mahomes Sr. and Randi Mahomes Divorce
Mahomes Sr. married Randi Mahomes in the late 1990s, and the couple was blessed with Patrick in 1995 when Randi was just 20 years old. However, as years passed, Randi confessed to having difficulties in her marriage, attributing them to Mahomes Sr.’s career as a professional baseball player.
They divorced in 2006 and have adopted an amicable, co-parenting approach ever since and are often seen cheering for their son during his games. Following their divorce, both Randi and Mahomes Sr. had children from other relationships.
Randi was blessed with a beautiful baby daughter, Mia Randall, whereas Mahomes Sr. welcomed a baby boy, Grant, and daughters Avery and Zoe. Despite their co-parenting approach, Randi limits her posts to mainly game days with Mahomes Sr. on her social media.
