The Chiefs defeated the Bills in a thrilling 32-29 final at Arrowhead Stadium. This led to Mahomes lifting his fifth AFC Championship trophy amidst the celebratory mood all over the pitch and the stadium.
Randi joined her son with other family members and proceeded to celebrate this all-important victory. She uploaded several pictures from this celebration on her Instagram. However, through her caption, she reminded everyone that her eyes were still on the big prize.

Mahomes Credits Teammates for Success Ahead of Super Bowl
It was another well-fought affair for the Chiefs to eliminate the Bills. After securing a Super Bowl berth, in an interview with CBS, Mahomes credited his teammates for their passion to win the contest.
“I’m just so proud of my teammates and how they responded,” he said. “That was a great football team. I’m lost for words. I’m just excited for New Orleans.”
“It’s not about one guy; it’s not about a couple guys. It’s about the whole team. And when we needed the defense to get stops, they got stops. Offense, we made plays. That’s why we’re so special because it’s a team effort and a team football game.”
