The Mahomeses, who married in 2022 after meeting in high school, welcomed Golden Raye on Jan. 12. Since her birth, the couple had kept her face off social media, sharing only glimpses or concealed images until Thursday’s reveal.
Brittany, co-owner of the Kansas City Current soccer team, recently discussed her experience as a mother of three on the WHOOP podcast. She joked about being “competitive” during labor, saying, “Every birth, I got better. My push time decreased. Every year I’m like, ‘Okay. We got to beat seven minutes. We got to beat five minutes. We got to do it,’ and we did.”
The Mahomes family has documented other milestones and celebrations on social media, from holidays to Chiefs games and family vacations.
Patrick Mahomes, a three-time Super Bowl champion, expressed his joy at watching his children bond. “It’s been amazing to welcome another baby girl into our family and observe how my other kids respond to her,” he said following Golden’s birth.
Brittany has indicated the couple is not planning to expand their family further for now. “Three is all I need,” she said on the podcast, acknowledging, “I feel like you can never really say you’re done.”
