Panthers vs. Cardinals prediction, pick, odds, and how to watch the Week 10 game

Here's our latest prediction for Panthers vs. Cardinals, as well as betting odds, TV channel, live stream, and listening info for Sunday.

At the beginning of the season, a Panthers vs. Cardinals matchup would’ve been appealing. Now, both teams are heading in opposite directions as we get into the second half of the 2021 schedule. Here’s the latest pick, prediction, and NFL odds, as well as TV channel, live stream, and listening info for Sunday afternoon’s Week 10 matchup.

Carolina Panthers vs. Arizona Cardinals prediction and odds | Week 10

  • Spread: -10 Cardinals
  • Moneyline: Panthers +330, Cardinals -435
  • Over/Under: 44

The Panthers vs. Cardinals Week 10 pick and prediction would be easier to make with more clarity at quarterback. In Carolina, Sam Darnold has struggled over the course of the last month without running back Christian McCaffrey in the lineup, and Ian Rapoport recently reported he’s got a fractured scapula and could miss several weeks. That means it’s P.J. Walker time for the Panthers. On the other sideline, Arizona’s Kyler Murray is currently questionable with an ankle injury.

Murray’s absence didn’t phase the Cardinals in Week 9, however. Veteran quarterback Colt McCoy stepped in and led Arizona to a 31-17 victory over their NFC West opponent, the San Francisco 49ers. The entire offense was efficient all day as McCoy completed 22 of 26 passes and James Conner and Eno Benjamin combined for 3 TDs on the ground.

Now at 8-1, the Cardinals have a one-game cushion over not only the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC West but the Green Bay Packers in the NFC standings. The Panthers, who started 3-0 but have lost five of their last six games, have found themselves at the bottom of the NFC South.

Panthers vs. Cardinals prediction

Expect the line to move this week as we receive more word on the health of Kyler Murray. It’s already been reported running back Chase Edmonds will miss time with an ankle injury, so Benjamin will be in the game plan for Arizona. Expect McCaffrey to be an integral part of Carolina’s scheme, especially now with Walker (who’s started just one game in his career) under center for the Panthers.

Even if the Cardinals are forced to put McCoy under center for another week, they proved last week how much of a complete team Kliff Kingsbury has. If you’re looking to bet on the Panthers vs. Cardinals game, Arizona on the moneyline may be the safest option in Week 10. Otherwise, it’s best to monitor the spread as more news comes available.

Cardinals vs. Panthers prediction: Cardinals 27, Panthers 17
