Who Are the Panthers-Texans Announcers? A Look at the Broadcast Team for NFL Preseason Week 2

The Panthers take a trip to Houston for an NFL Preseason Week 2 contest against the Texans. Who will be the game's broadcasters?

The Carolina Panthers will travel to the Lone Star State to face the Houston Texans in an NFL Preseason Week 2 contest at NRG Stadium in Houston on Saturday, August 16, at 1 p.m. Eastern.

Panthers quarterback Bryce Young might see some action against the Texans, looking to get himself in game shape ahead of the 2025 NFL season opener. Panthers fans might also want to keep an eye on rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan.

As for the Texans, don’t expect to see starting quarterback CJ Stroud out there based on the Week 1 preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings. Backup quarterback Davis Mills got the start and that might be the case against the Panthers. So, let’s see who will be calling the action for the Panthers and Texans.
