Chloe Kim receives massive support from boyfriend Myles Garrett, who cheered her on with a custom jacket at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Chloe Kim’s boyfriend, Myles Garrett, turned heads by appearing on the sidelines in a custom jacket to support the snowboarder in the halfpipe finals. Kim was on a pursuit to become the first in her sport to win three Olympic gold medals, but gave up the top finish to South Korean athlete Choi Ga-on.

Kim and Garrett have shared adorable moments at the Milan-Cortina Games, as the latter took some time away from his role as the star defensive end for the Cleveland Browns.

Kim was a force to be reckoned with on the Olympic course, finishing on top of the qualifiers despite competing with a shoulder brace. She scored 90.25, the only one to surpass 90, and secured her spot in the finals, leading a 12-woman pack. Her mother, Jong Jin Kim, hugging the snowboarder after her run, made headlines as she prepared for the finals on Feb. 12, 2026.

In a picture that has been circulating on social media, Garrett was spotted wearing a custom jacket with Kim’s face printed on it. The print featured the American embracing the Olympic gear. After the heartfelt moment emerged, the 25-year-old entered the halfpipe finals as the top prospect but lost the top finish to Choi Ga-on.

The South Korean scored 90.25 to push Kim behind in second with 88.00, and took home the first snowboarding Olympic gold medal for her nation. Ga-on was off to a rocky start, nearly withdrawing from her race, but bounced back in the third run and triumphed.

Kim and Garrett first sparked dating rumors when they appeared at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards in May 2025. They officially confirmed their relationship with a kiss at a Cleveland Browns game in November 2025.

Kim suffered a shoulder injury weeks before the Olympics. She shared the update on her social media and later confirmed that she ruptured her labrum. Despite the setback, the 25-year-old demonstrated resilience by maintaining her mental fortitude and trusting her physical ability to navigate the Olympic course with confidence.

The eight-time X Games champion shared that her shoulder has been a pain, but she failed to back down from the competition. However, Kim confirmed that she would need surgery after the Olympics. Kim was the youngest woman to win an Olympic gold medal in her sport at 17, and on the World stage, she won back-to-back titles in 2019 and 2021 and another one in 2025. Her repertoire also boasts five ESPY Awards.
