Kentucky Volleyball women’s team and their counterparts from the Creighton Bluejays have filled the first slots for the NCAA Regional Finals. The Wildcats will be facing the Creighton Bluejays tomorrow.
Unlike most of the games, this would be an interesting clash, since both are known for upsetting the big players on any given day. The Wildcats are also the current SEC conference champions for this season.
Preview of Kentucky Volleyball vs. Creighton Volleyball
On paper, Kentucky Volleyball has a clear edge over the Bluejays. They are the top-seeded team in the Kentucky Regionals. They also won their previous game against the Cal Poly Mustangs by 3-0. Craig Skinner is leading the team as the head coach.
The women’s volleyball team from Kentucky won the NCAA title just once, in 2020. They reached the quarterfinals last year and hope to improve on that.
On the other hand, the Bluejays hope to provide some competition to the Wildcats. Creighton has previously given Nebraska a real challenge and was among the few teams that nearly defeated them in the Big Ten Conference.

Potential Challengers For Kentucky Volleyball In Upcoming Games
Assuming the Wildcats make it to the final four, they might be facing some of the most formidable opponents. One of them is the Texas Longhorns, which has had a near impeccable record at the NCAA Championships. They previously knocked out the defending champion, the Penn State Nittany Lions, in the second round this season.
On the other hand, there is the iconic Big Red team. Led by former player Dani Busboom Kelly, the Huskers are craving their first NCAA title in eight years.
