Nebraska Volleyball co-skipper Andi Jackson earned another spot in the All-American squad for this year. The junior middle blocker was included in the All-America squad for the second consecutive time since 2024.
Jackson was one of the three co-skippers for this year. The others were veteran middle blocker Rebekah Allick and setter Bergen Reilly, respectively.

In the post-ceremony conference, the middle blocker spoke to the media, as she mentioned,
“I’m super grateful. I do not want to take it for granted. I know that this symbolizes just such an incredible achievement and an incredible season, so I’m super grateful. But I couldn’t have done it without my teammates. Oh, geez. Just awesome. We had such a fun season, and having Dani come in, we had a lot of fun with her.
“And just my teammates, who I’ve been with for three years now, and we really haven’t had anyone leave or the people that we have gotten have just been so incredible. So I really love my teammates. This season was so special, and it’ll have a really special place in my heart.”
Jackson was benched in the latter half of the quarterfinals, when she was unable to give it her best. She later clarified that it was a collective decision by both herself and the head coach, Dani Busboom Kelly.
Nebraska Volleyball Co-Skipper Jackson’s Performance This Season
Jackson was one of the best performers throughout the current season. She was one of the chief contributors to the hat-trick victory of the Big Red at the Big Ten Conference Championships this year, where the Huskers won with a clean slate of 30-0.
Jackson achieved a season-high 15 kills and 16.5 points in the Big Ten game against the UCLA Bruins, held on November 14. Despite conceding a set to the Bruins, the Huskers won the game 3-1, though it broke their clean sweep streak from September onwards, where they had won all their games without conceding a single set.
Jackson has a career total of 824 kills with a strike rate of 2.445 kills per set and a significant attacking percentage of 0.437 overall. She also has a total of 92 digs, with 49 digs generated in this season alone, with a strike rate of 0.467 digs per set.
