Odell Beckham Jr. Shares Playful 5-Word Message Aimed at Eli Manning While Linking Up With Tom Brady

Former NFL rivals Odell Beckham Jr. and Tom Brady teamed up to jokingly chide Beckham’s old quarterback. After years of battling on the field, the two Super Bowl champs recently reunited. With more time to joke around these days, they decided to have a little fun at Eli Manning’s expense.

Brady, known for his social media presence and dry humor, was all in. Beckham, whose playing future is still uncertain, didn’t hesitate to show off his funny side.

Odell Beckham Jr. and Tom Brady Join Forces to Hilariously Troll Eli Manning

Football is a rough game. Whether it’s injuries or playing through pain, guys across the league often build a mutual respect. When Beckham and Brady met up recently, they used the moment to clown a familiar friend.

In a FaceTime chat with Eli Manning, the two let fans see the side of him they know best. Brady has long been sharp with his comedic timing, and Beckham took things up a notch on his Instagram story with a pointed but hilarious jab at his former QB.

“FaceTiming @elimanning to talk some shXt,” Beckham wrote.

Beckham and Manning played five seasons together in New York. That run marked the high point of Beckham’s career. He won Rookie of the Year and made three All-Pro teams. Manning even made his final Pro Bowl in 2015, thanks in large part to Beckham’s 96 catches for 1,450 yards that year.

The two built a tight bond, and not just on the field. Both grew up in New Orleans. Beckham has said he wanted to stay a Giant for good.

“I never, ever wanted to leave the New York Giants,” Beckham said. “The reason you heard me talking about what was going on was because I was pissed because, where I come from in college, if we lost one game, our season was over. This was the organization I got drafted to. They believed in me. So if the Giants went and won a Super Bowl, I would be happy. But deep down inside, I wanted to be the one. No question. So it’s definitely you’ll always hold that.”

That quote speaks volumes about the connection between Beckham and Manning, long after their last game together. As for Brady and Manning, they’ve shared a sarcastic, almost brotherly rivalry for years. Manning never misses a chance to troll the Patriots legend, firing off memes and tweets whenever he can.
