Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, dubbed “The Great One,” was in the VIP box at Amerant Bank Arena for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Second Round series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers. Gretzky, his daughter Paulina, and her husband, pro golfer Dustin Johnson, were present for the game.
Johnson was sporting a Florida jersey and Paulina wore a Panthers jacket in a show of support for their adopted home state, where they reside for much of the year.

Paulina, a model and social media influencer, posted a carousel of photos on Instagram showcasing their moments on the sidelines. One of them features Gretzky and his family being joined by former NHL star Tie Domi, whose son Max was on the ice for the Maple Leafs.
Paulina also posted various selfies and couple shots of her and Johnson from around the arena. In one of them, the jumbotron shows the score as the Maple Leafs leading 2-1 in the background.
“Panthers club,” Paulina captioned the post.

Maple Leafs vs. Panthers Game 3 Recap
The Panthers won Friday’s game 5-4 in overtime thanks to veteran forward Brad Marchand’s game winner.
“We battled back from a couple two-goal deficits and we just competed the way we know we can,” Marchand said after the game.
Florida trailed 2-0, having lost both road games in Toronto. They struck back by clinching wins on home ice to level the best-of-seven series 2-2 as the action shifts to Toronto once again.
The Panthers blanked the Leafs 2-0 in Game 4, with Florida keeper Sergei Bobrovsky making 23 saves.
“It’s a series, and the bigger games are ahead,” Bobrovsky said via NHL.com. “We’re excited that the series becomes a best-of-3. So, it’s a big game, the next one.”
Controversy erupted in the closing stages of the game when Max Domi barged Panthers captain Aleksander Barkov into the boards from behind. Domi’s hit triggered a mass brawl, with Bobb McMann, Brad Marchand, and Aaron Ekblad getting 10-minute penalties for misconduct.
Domi was assessed a five-minute major for boarding and will be fined $5,000, the maximum amount allowable under the CBA, the NHL Department of Player Safety announced on Monday, May 12.
