Habs Legend Carey Price Suits Up as a Power Ranger To Celebrate Halloween With His Family

Carey Price and his wife Angela celebrated Halloween with their three kids by dressing up as the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Carey Price, one of hockey’s most respected goaltenders, is now under contract with the San Jose Sharks. In September, the Montreal Canadiens traded him, along with a 2026 fifth-round draft pick, to San Jose in exchange for defenseman Gannon Laroque. The move was just a contract transfer after years of being the face of the Canadiens.

Away from the rink, Price’s life has always been focused on his family. He met his wife, Angela, during his junior hockey days with the Tri-City Americans. Angela, who grew up in Kennewick, Washington, quickly became part of his journey. Today, she often shares moments from their life together with her nearly 183,000 Instagram followers, giving fans a look at their close-knit family and everyday moments beyond hockey.

Carey Price and Family Celebrate Halloween As Power Rangers

On Thursday, the Price family celebrated Halloween with a nostalgic twist. Angela posted photos of the family dressed as the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, each in a different color.

Carey dressed as the Blue Ranger, while Angela wore black. Their kids — Liv, Millie, and Lincoln — added more color, completing the Power Rangers lineup. Angela simply captioned the post “2025 Halloween,” letting the pictures show the fun.

Carey and Angela started dating as teenagers and married in August 2013. Angela studied marketing and finance at Washington State University and has built her own career as a content creator and entrepreneur.

Price often speaks about how much his family means to him and how they’ve helped him stay consistent through different stages of life. After completing a rehabilitation program in 2021, he said his kids played a major role in helping him stay focused and sober.

“Once I left the facility, that first three months, it’s something new, you’re excited about it,” Price said in 2022, via The Athletic. “But that next six months, I felt like it was on my mind a lot. I can see why the success rate isn’t that great. But I also have my kids at home every day.

“And I’m like, if not for them, then … first and foremost, you do it for yourself. But I look at my kids every day, and to be able to not be wasting mornings of my life anymore, and to wake up on Sunday morning and cook my kids pancakes, is something very fulfilling to me.”

Price is currently signed to an eight-year, $84 million contract with a cap hit of $10.5 million per season. His deal runs through the 2025–26 season, after which he will become an unrestricted free agent.
