2025 NFL Mock Draft | Round 1
1) Tennessee Titans
Cam Ward, QB, Miami (FL)
Each day, the Tennessee Titans selecting Cam Ward appears more likely. Will Levis and Brandon Allen are the only quarterbacks on the depth chart, and if Tennessee sticks and picks at No. 1 overall, the Miami passer is the overwhelming favorite.
Ward has had issues with ball security throughout his college career, but his high-level creation capacity allows him to facilitate a high-octane offense due to his playmaking instincts, above-average athleticism, and pocket management.
2) Cleveland Browns
Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
The range in Sheduer Sanders’ potential landing spots is notable. Many don’t see a talent that should be drafted in the 20s. However, with three quarterback-needy teams at the top, how likely is it that they all pass on him?
Needing a cheap upgrade over Deshaun Watson, the Cleveland Browns select Sanders in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft. The Colorado quarterback may have the most translatable skill set to succeed as a rookie due to his accuracy, processing, and game manager playstyle. However, a lack of overall arm strength and limited athletic ability may limit his ceiling at the next level.
3) New York Giants
Adbul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
The New York Giants added Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson as the final free agent quarterback dominoes fell. It was vital that they didn’t go into April’s draft locking themselves into a quarterback selection in case this exact scenario plays out and quarterbacks go Nos. 1 and 2. Where does New York go from here if quarterbacks go?
Abdul Carter is the top prospect on many big boards. The Penn State edge rusher offers elite athleticism, underrated physicality, and an overwhelming arsenal of pass-rush moves.
4) New England Patriots
Travis Hunter, CB, Colorado
Travis Hunter would be an instant upgrade in New England at both receiver and corner. One of the consensus top two talents in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Coroado two-way player brings elite athleticism, production, and a high football IQ, making him an ultra-rare prospect.
5) Jacksonville Jaguars
Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
After moving on from Evan Engram, in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, the Jaguars draft an elite tight end who offers dynamic playmaking ability.
Tyler Warren is an incredible athlete whose long catch radius allows him to snag everything, while his crafty route running, physicality, athleticism, and mauling mentality would make him a pillar of the offense in Jacksonville, Fla.
6) Las Vegas Raiders
Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
The Las Vegas Raiders need an exciting running back to reinvigorate the offense. Ashton Jeanty had 2,601 rushing yards and 29 rushing touchdowns in 2024, and his elite vision, contact balance, and twitchy movement allow him to explode through running lanes and exploit space.
7) New York Jets
Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
The New York Jets brought in Derrick Nnadi to pair with Quinnen Williams during free agency, but that shouldn’t stop them from grabbing one of the top prospects in the entire draft if he makes it to them with the seventh overall pick.
Mason Graham is a polished, refined, and physical defensive tackle who plays with heavy hands, instant burst, and rare penetrative pass-rush potential.
8) Carolina Panthers
Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
The Carolina Panthers need to surround Bryce Young with more weapons, and Tetairoa McMillan could be the missing perimeter presence required to take the offense to the next level.
The Arizona Wildcats wide receiver offers above-average athleticism, and McMillan’s large catch radius allows him to win possession and to correct and haul in less accurate balls.
9) New Orleans Saints
Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
Shemar Stewart may have only recorded 1.5 sacks in each of his last three seasons, but the Texas A&M pass rusher offers elite athleticism and rare physical traits. At 6’5” and 267 pounds, Stewart has one of the highest ceilings in the entire 2025 NFL Draft class with his explosive movement, overbearing physicality, and astonishing strength.
10) Chicago Bears
Will Campbell, OL, LSU
The Chicago Bears have vastly improved their offensive line, but it shouldn’t prevent them from targeting the position early in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Will Campbell is a refined, polished offensive lineman who operates with clean footwork and a strong anchor. However, his sub-33-inch arm length may mean teams project him to move inside at the next level.
11) San Francisco 49ers
Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Will Johnson’s draft stock is all over the map as we are about to hit the month of the 2025 NFL Draft. Michigan’s star corner’s play dropped off in 2024 as he suffered injuries, but his 2023 tape is up there with the best in this class.
At 6’2” and 194 pounds, Johnson operates with clear vision, anticipation, and awareness while possessing the physicality, mobility, and ball skills to be a lockdown corner in the NFL.
12) Dallas Cowboys
Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
With Zack Martin retiring, the Dallas Cowboys have a glaring hole on their offensive line. Armand Membou is a true right tackle, but he could slot in and play guard before eventually replacing Terence Steele.
Membou is a powerful, athletic, flexible offensive lineman who plays with intense physicality and a mauling mentality. The Missouri right tackle possesses a strong leg drive to dominate as a run blocker. Meanwhile, his explosive footwork, movement, and sustained body control make him schematically and positionally versatile.
13) Miami Dolphins
Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina
Nick Emmanwori is a versatile safety who has the size and physicality to win in the box but also the skill set and athleticism to cover tight ends in the slot.
The star athlete lit the 2025 NFL Combine on fire with his 4.38-second 40-yard dash and 43” vertical jump, and his underlying athletic ability gives him a high ceiling heading to the NFL.
14) Indianapolis Colts
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
The Indianapolis Colts need to find a security blanket tight end for Anthony Richardson, who enters 2025 in a prove-it year. Colston Loveland is predominantly a receiving tight end who offers fluid athleticism and refined route running to be a mismatch over the middle.
15) Atlanta Falcons
Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
Jihaad Campbell is a versatile linebacker who offers the nuanced coverage skills and refined pass-rushing needed to open up the playbook for Raheem Morris and new defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich.
The Alabama Crimson Tide linebacker accounted for 12 TFLs and five sacks in 2024, and his innate instincts, extraordinary athleticism, and strength profile should be taken early in the 2025 NFL Draft.
16) Arizona Cardinals
Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
Kenneth Grant is a hulking nose tackle who possessed rare athleticism and movement. At 6’4″ and 331 pounds, the Michigan defensive tackle is an easy mover and can get across the line of scrimmage. Meanwhile, his brute strength overwhelms offensive linemen and creates instant pocket disruption.
17) Cincinnati Bengals
Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
Jalon Walker is a hybrid linebacker/edge rusher whose best plays come when rushing the passer. The Georgia defender brings twitchy athleticism, unassuming power, and ingrained instincts to be a versatile weapon, allowing his defensive coordinator to call more creative plays.
18) Seattle Seahawks
Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
Jahdae Barron is a natural athlete who is one of the most innately intelligent of any defensive back in this class. His positional versatility to play any spot in the secondary, along with his hot motor, keen awareness, and instant anticipation, would be a welcomed addition to Mike Macdonald’s defense, where the Texas corner’s leadership and ball skills can be exploited.
19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
Tampa Bay needs to get more explosive in their pass-rush rotation. Mike Green brings intense, violent movement alongside proven production to get after the passer in the NFL.
The Marshall Thundering Herd defender converted over 26% of his pressures into sacks, showcasing developed pass-rush moves, strong run defending, and outstanding flexibility.
20) Denver Broncos
Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
Matthew Golden easily creates separation, running crisp routes with his gliding movement and ability to turn direction on a dime. The Texas wide receiver doesn’t exactly translate his 4.29-second 40-yard dash at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine into on-field speed. However, he has controlled pacing, clean hands, and incredible body control.
21) Pittsburgh Steelers
Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
The Pittsburgh Steelers still have a glaring need for a quarterback, but only recently have they been burned by over-drafting a quarterback in the first round in a bad quarterback class. Pittsburgh has also filled key wide receiver and cornerback needs in free agency, allowing them to go in different directions.
Walter Nolen is a freaky mover who had his best year in 2024 with the Ole Miss Rebels. The former Texas A&M defensive tackle has risen up draft boards due to his productive pocket disruption by using his electric first step, overwhelming power, and grippy hand usage.
22) Los Angeles Chargers
Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon
Derrick Harmon is a refined pocket disruptor who took massive strides forward in his development in 2024. His explosive movement and fluid body control provide opportunities to pressure the passer. Meanwhile, the Oregon defensive tackle’s polished run defense, and hand placement close gaps against the run.
23) Green Bay Packers
Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
Mykel Williams has the prototypical size and is an elite athlete. At 6’5” and 260 pounds, the Georgia defensive end is already a refined run defender. However, while his pass rush resume needs work, his gifted athletic ability, burst, agility, and bend show shoots of growth heading to the pros.
24) Minnesota Vikings
Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
The Minnesota Vikings have been big spenders in free agency as they look to make the most of J.J. McCarthy’s rookie contract, but they still need a big-time safety.
Malaki Starks is underrated at this point in the 2025 NFL Draft cycle, but his combination of ball skills, range, and physicality alongside his anticipation, vision, and intelligence still grade out as one of the top overall players in the class.
25) Houston Texans
Kelvin Banks Jr., OL, Texas
At 6’5” and 315 pounds, Kelvin Banks Jr. is a hulking, athletic left tackle who operates with strong technique and punching hand usage as a pass protector.
However, the Texas Longhorns offensive tackle can play over his toes in the run game, where he also showcases heavy footwork. It could see Banks slide inside at the next level, and that versatility will allow Houston to get its best five offensive linemen on the field each week.
26) Los Angeles Rams
Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
Josh Simmons would have challenged for the OT1 spot in the 2025 NFL Draft if it wasn’t for a season-ending knee injury in October. Until then, the Ohio State left tackle hadn’t conceded a sack.
At 6’5” and 317 pounds, Simmons is an elite athlete and fluid mover who can compete on an island thanks to his flexibility, strong anchor, and natural awareness.
27) Baltimore Ravens
Tyler Booker, OL, Alabama
Tyler Booker would be an instant upgrade at guard for the Baltimore Ravens. The Crimson Tide offensive lineman would thrive blocking for Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry, where his road grading, mauling attitude, relentless drive, and avenging hand usage cause displacement issues for his opponents.
28) Detroit Lions
Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College
The thought process for the Detroit Lions in mock drafts hasn’t changed. They need a running mate for Aidan Hutchinson. Donovan Ezeiruaku produced elite numbers in 2024, recording 16.5 sacks and 21 TFLs.
The Boston College pass rusher has an incredible bend to turn the edge, and his deep bag of pass rush moves will cause enormous problems for offensive tackles lined up across from the former No. 2 overall selection.
29) Washington Commanders
James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
James Pearce Jr.’s draft stock is plummeting, but his overall skill set is still Round 1 caliber. The Tennessee pass rusher is exceptionally twitchy and has special movement skills.
His elite athleticism overwhelms tackles when he can attack the outside shoulder, and his 17.5 sacks in two seasons of SEC play showcase his ability to grind out elite production.
30) Buffalo Bills
Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
Shavon Revel Jr. is still recovering from his early-season ACL tear that required reconstruction surgery, but prospects with this athletic profile are rare. The ECU cornerback is a special athlete who has prototypical size at 6’2” and 194 pounds, elite speed, aggressive physicality, and gifted ball skills.
31) Kansas City Chiefs
Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon
The Kansas City Chiefs may have signed Jaylon Moore in free agency, but their overwhelming need is still an offensive tackle in the first round. Josh Conerly Jr. is an impressive athlete who wins with his elusive footwork and lateral agility.
At 6’5” and 311 pounds, the Oregon left tackle displays striking hand placement and change of direction, although his light frame may prevent his ceiling in the 2025 NFL Draft.
32) Philadelphia Eagles
Grey Zabel, OL, North Dakota State
Howie Roseman and the Philadelphia Eagles do such a good job in the NFL Draft that it is often easy to give them the best player who falls to them in mock drafts. However, it is rarely that simple. In this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, Grey Zabel fills a need on the offensive line while offering acceptable value.
The versatile North Dakota State offensive lineman can truly play all five spots. His low center of gravity allows him to create leverage by attacking under the pads, where his impressive leg drive and high motor overwhelm opponents.

Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
34) New York Giants
Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss

Azareye’h Thomas, CB, Florida State

Jack Sawyer, EDGE, Ohio State
101) Los Angeles Rams
DJ Giddens, RB, Kansas State
102) Detroit Lions
Jordan Phillips, DT, Maryland
Not commenting on the Broncos but as this is the only comment option I see I will say I disagree strongly with the second round pick for the Lions. They need an offensive lineman much much worse than a 4th receiver option. They resigned Tim Pattick so there is no rush to add a WR so early. The Lions lost Zeitler and Graham Glasgow was not good last year so reinforcements at OL are needed. Did like their Rounds 1 and 2 picks as they are good players and positions the team needs right away.
If you were the the GM for the Broncos I would fire you for these picks you selected in this draft. 🤮
