NFL Inactives Tonight: Lions-Ravens Injury Report, Latest on Isaiah Likely and Kyle Van Noy, Starting Lineups for MNF

In a pivotal Week 3 matchup, who is in and who is out for the Baltimore Ravens and the Detroit Lions as they battle on Monday Night Football?

The Baltimore Ravens and the Detroit Lions have been eerily similar over the last few seasons. Despite having a star-studded roster and exceptional regular seasons, they haven’t been able to put it all together in the playoffs. Those similarities have also continued this year, with both teams having disappointing losses in Week 1 before registering dominant blowout wins in Week 2.

When the two sides collide on Monday Night Football, it is a chance for one team to fully right the ship and solidify its standing in the league. But neither team is walking into the encounter with 100% health. Here’s who will be missing for the Ravens and Lions when they square off in Week 3.

After choking away the game against the Buffalo Bills in Week 1, the Ravens needed to build momentum and register a win. In Week 2, they found the perfect opportunity in the Cleveland Browns, dominating them 41-17.

Through two games, Baltimore has averaged over 40 points per game. With this offense’s weapons, it might not be out of the realm of possibility if they can keep up that kind of production.

However, the defense needs to step up in a big way. For the past two weeks, this has been a below-average unit. In Week 1, the Green Bay Packers gave the recipe to stifle the Lions’ offense. Now, it’s up to the Ravens to repeat that effort.

Detroit Lions

An explosive offense for the Lions will feature:

  • QB Jared Goff
  • RB Jahmyr Gibbs
  • WR Amon-Ra St. Brown
  • WR Jameson Williams
  • WR Kalif Raymond
  • TE Sam LaPorta
  • LT Taylor Decker
  • LG Christian Mahogany
  • C Graham Glasgow
  • RG Tate Ratledge
  • RT Penei Sewell

The defense, which has yet to have an excellent night this year, will have:

  • LDE Aidan Hutchinson
  • LDT Tyleik Williams
  • RDT DJ Reader
  • RDE Tyler Lacy
  • WLB Alex Anzalone
  • MLB Jack Campbell
  • SLB Derrick Barnes
  • LCB Terrion Arnold
  • SS Brian Branch
  • FS Kerby Joseph
  • RCB D.J. Reed
  • NB Amik Robertson

Their special teams unit will feature:

  • PK Jake Bates
  • P, H Jack Fox
  • PR Kalif Raymond
  • KR Grant Stuard
  • LS Hogan Hatten

Getting blown out by a divisional rival in the Packers in Week 1 was a brutal start for a Detroit team entering the season with two new coordinators on both sides of the football. However, they could soundly shrug off any criticism against the Chicago Bears in Week 2.

Winning 52-21, it seemed like the Lions were bringing their swagger back against Chicago. However, the Ravens are a different animal, and they are going to need to put their best foot forward to have any chance of pulling out a victory.
