How NFL Fans Reacted To Post Malone’s Halftime Show Performance

Despite the excitement of the game and the emotional connection to the performance, fans did not have the best reaction to the halftime show.

One fan voiced, “Post Malone is a horrendous performer.”

“What happened to post malone dude why am i listening to a country version of wow,” one fan questioned.

Another fan joked:

One fan stated, “Damn Post Malone really is washed up hate to see it.”

“I miss the old post Malone. Wtf is this s**t?” one fan lamented.

Another fan questioned, “I thought post malone was a rapper?”

One fan said, “I like country music genuinely but Post Malone country music doesn’t do it for me.”

“Post Malone was so much better before he went country…..” one fan added.

Many fans expressed confusion or disapproval over Malone’s transition to country music. Before this shift in genre, he was primarily recognized for his rap and alternative work, but he has since become more active in the country music scene.

His country roots trace back to his upbringing in Texas, where his mother often played country music in the car, and he developed a strong admiration for artists such as Johnny Cash. Malone has referenced country influences throughout his career, most recently with his album F-1 Trillion. Given his established ties to Dallas, the performance appeared to be a natural fit, though some fans reacted negatively.
