NFL Fans Grill Tom Brady as ‘Part of the Problem’ With Raiders’ Poor Roster Construction on Display in MNF Blowout

Fans have started to blame minority owner Tom Brady for the teams struggles in the midst of an embarrassing Week 11 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

Tom Brady, the Fox broadcaster and minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, attended the Week 11 game, which resulted in a 33-16 loss for the Raiders, marking their fourth consecutive defeat.

Las Vegas is now 2-8, while the Cowboys have improved to 4-5-1. Brady, who had skipped the Week 10 Thursday night game against the Broncos to attend an event in Miami, was shown on-site and in a suite during the first quarter of play at Allegiant Stadium.

NFL Fans Dictate Tom Brady as Part of Raiders’ Struggles

The Raiders finished play against Dallas with a mere 27 rushing yards and 238 receiving yards. In comparison, the Cowboys put up 114 yards on the ground game and 267 passing yards. After yet another disappointing result, the fans did not take well to the showing from Vegas, and lumped Brady in as part of the problem.

“I think tom Brady is part of the problem this is his coach and qb tell him be a man and fire both tomorrow,” one NFL fan wrote.

“Brady is not the savior, unless he’s going to suit up. Whatever his role is in the organization, it requires full time attention,” said another.

Brady wrote in his weekly newsletter back in September, implying that he is part of the Raiders’ franchise due to his love of the sport.

“I love football. At its core it is a game of principles. And with all the success it has given me, I feel I have a moral and ethical duty to the sport; which is why the point where my roles in it intersect is not actually a point of conflict, despite what the paranoid and distrustful might believe. Rather, it’s the place from which my ethical duty emerges: to grow, evolve, and improve the game that has given me everything,” he wrote.

“Remembering the reports that Tom Brady is ‘very involved’ with the Raiders and seeing this disaster of a season brings a smile to my face. Maybe he isnt good at everything,” someone said of Brady’s role with the Raiders.

“Well, these are Brady’s guys, he should be there suffering with the rest of us,” another Raiders fan wrote.

“I know Brady is the minority owner now, but what does he even do,” asked a fan, expressing their frustration.

“Raiders continue to be a very poorly run organization, even under Tom Brady. Drafting a RB in the 1st round is comical with how bad the rest of the roster is,” another fan penned.

Brady had a successful 23-year playing career, during which he won seven Super Bowls. He made his Fox debut last season, signing a 10-year, $375 million contract that he originally agreed to in 2022.

Meanwhile, the Raiders, currently on a dismal run, are set to play against the Cleveland Browns (2-8) on November 23.
