Week 7 of the 2025 NFL season featured some thrilling matchups and surprise losses. After several weeks of international games on Sunday morning and Monday Night Football doubleheaders, this week is more traditional, with just three nationally televised games.
The first primetime game in Week 8 features the Los Angeles Chargers hosting the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football. Then, on Sunday Night Football, the Green Bay Packers will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in a highly anticipated Aaron Rodgers revenge game. Finally, there’s only one Monday Night Football game this week, as the Kansas City Chiefs host the Washington Commanders.
Week 8 is also what’s known as bye-maggedon in the fantasy football world, as six different teams have a bye week: the Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars, Los Angeles Rams, Las Vegas Raiders, and Seattle Seahawks.
Looking at the NFL coverage map, let’s see which games will be broadcast in different areas of the country in Week 8.
