Myles Turner Fantasy Outlook: Should You Draft the Milwaukee Bucks Center This Year?

Should you draft Myles Turner in fantasy basketball this year? Latest fantasy projection for the Milwaukee Bucks center.

It’s the final weekend before the NBA regular season begins, which means you’re coming here for your fantasy basketball drafts.

Should you draft Myles Turner this season? Here’s the latest outlook, projections, and rankings for the Milwaukee Bucks Center.

Should You Draft Myles Turner in Fantasy Basketball?

Myles Turner joins the Bucks after a strong run in Indiana, where he averaged 16.9 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.1 blocks, and 1.7 threes over the past three seasons. Milwaukee signed him to replace Brook Lopez, offering a younger, more mobile version of the same stretch-five profile. Playing next to Giannis Antetokounmpo should create a steady diet of open threes, while the Bucks’ rim-funneling defense will allow Turner to maintain elite shot-blocking numbers.

While Turner’s scoring and rebounding have never been elite, his combination of threes and blocks remains a rare and valuable fantasy pairing, particularly in category leagues. His fit next to Giannis may resemble Lopez’s role, which could slightly limit his upside in points formats. Still, he’s coming off back-to-back seasons with 70+ games played, giving him one of the higher floors among starting centers.

In Milwaukee, Turner may even see a bump in offensive responsibility as the Bucks’ likely No. 2 scoring option behind Giannis. That combination of durability, defensive impact, and floor spacing should keep Turner firmly in the mid-round fantasy discussion for 2025.
