Evans left the Bucs’ Week 3 game early with a hamstring injury. According to Jeremy Fowler, Evans is expected to miss 2-3 weeks.

This injury comes at a bad time for the Bucs as they are already without wide receivers Chris Godwin and Jalen McMillan. Now the Bucs’ passing attack will go solely through Egbuka.
Evans has a long history of hamstring injuries, so seeing him miss time with another one should not come as a surprise. According to NFL Rumors, Evans has had a hamstring injury every season since 2019. Even with the consistent injuries, Evans has found a way to keep his streak of 1,000+ yard seasons alive.

Buccaneers Headed for Tough Test in Week 4
It will be a battle of the undefeated in Week 4 when the Buccaneers host the Philadelphia Eagles. These are two of the top teams in the conference, and it will be a great litmus test for the Buccaneers.
It will be interesting to see how their depleted offensive line holds up against the Eagles’ stout defensive front and whether the Bucs can succeed through the air with limited options to throw to.
Also, it is worth mentioning that this will be the toughest test of the season for the Buccaneers’ defense. They will be tasked with slowing down Saquon Barkley and the Eagles’ rushing attack. All signs point to this being a competitive game between two of the top teams in the league.
