Negga pointed to Boozer’s proven track record at every level of competition. “He’s a winner. I know this isn’t high school anymore, but [his championship experience], you know, [his success], he’s versatile with his offensive game, can shoot it, makes free throws,” he explained.
Beyond scoring ability, the analyst emphasized qualities that often get overlooked in recruiting rankings. Boozer possesses a complete offensive arsenal and fundamental excellence that should translate seamlessly to Duke’s system. “I could see him average a double-double this season, and yeah, I mean I just think he just has such a high floor,” Negga said.
