When it comes to NFL royalty, no one does it like the Mannings. From the patriarch, Archie Mannnig, all the way to the young Arch, who has yet to take his talents to the pros, the Mannings are the ultimate football family.
Despite being retired for years, Peyton and Eli Manning are still pretty relevant in the football scene. For the past four years, they’ve delighted the fans with their ManningCast, dissecting Monday Night Football games like only Super Bowl-winning quarterbacks can do, and providing a humorous touch and some top-notch guests.
Unfortunately, that won’t be the case on Oct. 20. Despite a double-header for Week 7, there will be no ManningCast for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Detroit Lions or Houston Texans vs. Seattle Seahawks.
Why Is There No ManningCast in Week 7?
As a part of their multi-year arrangement to keep the ManningCast rolling, the Manning brothers agreed to make only 12 episodes per season. As such, fans wil have to wait until Week 8 to watch them again.
The Mannings will return to dissect the Kansas City Chiefs’ home game with the Washington Commanders, and they will continue to make weekly appearances through Week 13 before another brief pause.
The ManningCast will be available directly on ESPN2 for those who tune in on TV. For the fans streaming, they can access the ManningCast via ESPN DTC on the ESPN app.
What’s the ManningCast Schedule?

There’s something different about having two knowledgable sources discussing the ins and outs of the game, and few people can do it like the Manning brothers. Besides their experience as two of the most successful quarterbacks of their generation, their chemistry is unmatched.
From untold stories to hilarious jabs at one another, they provide much more than the average viewing experience. It’s not just the xs and os; it’s a way to understand the game better, even for those who have been around it for their entire life.
And given their massive success since they first aired four years ago, it would’t be much of a surprise to see them making weekly appearances the next time they sign a deal for ManningCast rights.
