Keldric Faulk’s NFL Draft Potential

Faulk entered the season as a top 5 prospect on my board, and while he’s fallen down a bit, he’s still an early-to-mid first-round candidate with his tools and his high floor in run defense.

Faulk still hasn’t shown the desired refinement with his hand usage and leveraging as a pass-rush threat, but his supercharged athleticism and defiant flexibility at 6’6″, 285 pounds is impossible to ignore on film.

His raw tools can be overwhelming when he has space to work with, however, and he hasn’t experienced a drop-off in run support. Rather, he’s shown he can dominate the point with his explosive power element, violent hands, and shedding ability. From an archetypal standpoint, he’s a similar prospect to Mykel Williams from the previous cycle, and teams may view him the same way.

Where Is Faulk Being Selected Most Often in the PFSN Mock Draft Simulator?

Faulk currently holds the No. 4 overall rank among prospects, indicating his elite standing as of the most recent update. His most recent Average Draft Position (ADP) of 6.6 as of October 13 reflects that he is typically being selected within the top 10 picks overall.

This small gap between rank and ADP suggests he’s consistently valued among evaluators, even amid fluctuations in player evaluations at this stage of the draft cycle.

Users controlling the Buffalo Bills have been the team that selected Faulk the most frequently over the past week, accounting for 3.5% of their picks across all seven rounds. Notably, 11.3% of the Buffalo Bills’ first-round selections over that same period were used on Faulk, underscoring users’ strong preference for him as a potential immediate-impact EDGE defender.
