‘Josh Allen is the Best QB’ — NFL World Reacts to Epic Bengals-Bills Snow Game

Josh Allen once again proved himself as a star quarterback, leading the Buffalo Bills’ comeback over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 14.

The Buffalo Bills secured one of their most impressive victories of the season by beating the Cincinnati Bengals 39-34 in Week 14. The win came after an incredible fourth-quarter comeback, highlighted by a spectacular performance from Josh Allen.

Everything pointed to it being Joe Burrow’s afternoon after the Bengals quarterback threw two touchdowns in the first half, giving his team a comfortable 10-point lead at halftime. However, the second half saw Burrow throw two interceptions, allowing Allen the opportunity to orchestrate a comeback.

Fans React to Josh Allen’s Performance Against the Bengals

Allen made two crucial fourth-quarter plays. First, he escaped coverage and ran for a 40-yard touchdown — the longest in franchise history — when the score was 28-18. The score reduced the deficit to three points and boosted the team’s confidence.

Allen completed 22 of 28 passes for 251 yards, ran for 78 yards, and recorded three passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown. His performance was even more impressive considering the Bills’ defense allowed the Bengals to convert 10 of 12 third downs.

The Bills struggled to force a punt until the final seconds of the first half. They had a chance to take the lead late in the third quarter when they reached the goal line, but James Cook fumbled just short of scoring, turning the ball over. The setback increased the pressure on Allen, who later overcame it.

Just two minutes after Allen’s historic run, Burrow was intercepted on his second play. The turnover ended Burrow’s streak of 137 passes without an interception. Christian Benford’s 63-yard return on the play secured the Bills’ comeback.

Allen closed Week 14 as the first quarterback in NFL history to throw 20 or more touchdowns and rush for 10 or more touchdowns in three different seasons, according to PFSN Stats.
One fan posted, “Josh Allen is the best QB I’ve ever watched play (and) you should not, would not, and will not be able to talk me off that cliff.”

“Today, Josh Allen reminded the NFL why he’s the most valuable player in football,” content creator Ajay Cybulski exclaimed.

“Josh Allen should be back in the MVP conversation after today,” Bills voice Nate Geary said.

“All-time Josh Allen game today. What a player,” said one fan.

“Do not ever take for granted getting the chance to watch Josh Allen play football for the Buffalo Bills,” said another.

“Josh Allen’s legs as the dagger. Nobody better at ending games with a scramble. It’s like he becomes more powerful in the snow,” another commented.

The victory allowed the Bills (9-4) to continue chasing the New England Patriots (11-2) in the battle for the AFC East title while keeping alive their hopes of a wild-card spot if they fail to finish atop the division.
