Who Are the Browns-Rams Announcers? A Look at the Broadcasting Team for NFL Preseason Week 3

As they gear up for their final preseason game of the year, who is going to call the action between the Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Rams?

The Cleveland Browns have been one of the most fun teams to monitor during the preseason. Not only are they undefeated so far, but they’ve also had a plethora of quarterbacks to divide their minutes among. So far, both their rookies have gotten the starting gig, with Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel having varying degrees of success on the field.

However, with veteran Joe Flacco officially named the starter, the former Super Bowl champion will now get the starting nod in their final preseason game against the Los Angeles Rams. But before the two teams take the field in the final week of preseason, we take a deep dive into the announcing crew that will enhance the action on the gridiron.

Who Are the Game Announcers for the Cleveland Browns vs. Los Angeles Rams?

On the TV side of things, Rose will handle the preseason play-by-play responsibilities, a role he’s elevated into since his days as the host of “The Best Damn Sports Show Period.” Becoming a major contributor on FOX Sports, he eventually found his footing as an NFL announcer.

Thomas is a bona fide Cleveland legend, as the first Cleveland Brown inductee since their reactivation in 1999. A six-time All-Pro and 10-time Pro Bowl selection, his resume is as stacked as one can get, while also holding the NFL record for most consecutive snaps played at an astounding 10,363.

AFter working nearly 10 years with the NFL Network, Kinkhabwala has established herself as a fan favorite on the sidelines.

Siciliano, Zegura, and Cherry will be taking on their now popular roles as the play-by-play, color analyst, and sideline reporter during the proceedings for the matchup.

Siciliano is one of the most respected voices in the sport, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He hosted “NFL Sunday Ticket Red Zone” on DirecTV for a mind-boggling 18 years and also worked for NFL Network.

Zegura, on the other hand, had a vastly different trajectory. Ditching the world of political science, he became one of the most viable names in fantasy football management. Rising to fame quickly, he now hosts the “Cleveland Browns Daily” podcast.

Cherry, for any old school New England Patriots fans, is a name you might be familiar with. A second-round draft pick in the 1996 NFL Draft, the safety spent the first four years of his career with the New Orleans Saints before ultimately landing in New England in 2001.

A member of all three Super Bowl-winning rosters in the 2000s, he retired early before switching to an analyst role. In 2009, he became a talk show host for WKNR AM 850 in Cleveland. Since then, he’s continued rising through the ranks.

In 2022, Cherry was first elevated to the main broadcast team, primarily as a sideline analyst and reporter.
