However, less than a game and a half into the year, he suffered a Grade-3 turf toe injury that required surgery. His timeline for a return is at three months as a best-case scenario, effectively derailing Cincinnati’s season.
Unfortunately, as he continues his recovery, things aren’t looking too bright for his rumored partner either. Olivia Ponton, who has been in the news and associated with Burrow for the better part of a year, posted a somewhat confounding video on her social media where she appeared to be having a breakdown.

Yes, you read that right. In a viral video on social media, Ponton was stranded at the Paris airport. As she continued recording the video, she was sharing her pain for the world to hear.
In the clip, she said, “So, I’m in the Paris airport and I’m so f***ing lost, and there’s no signs, and nothing makes sense. It keeps telling me to go to 2D, and I can’t. There’s no, 2D doesn’t exist. Nothing works here.”

As she appeared to be lost at the airport, she turned the camera towards her surroundings, adding, “See, it keeps telling me to go down these stairs. But when I come here, the train only says that it goes to M, L, and K, and I need to go to f***ing D.”
As her confusion continued to mount, she revealed that she had been stuck walking for close to 30 minutes and crying for the majority of it. “I’m so lost. I can’t with this airport,” is how she finally chose to end her rant.
How are Ponton and Joe Burrow Related?
When Burrow was part of a great tragedy last year, as there was an attempted burglary at his house, his connection to Ponton first came to the limelight. Reporting the crime to the authorities, she identified herself as a potential partner.

The exact details of their relationship haven’t been made public, but the two have been spotted countless times in the months since then. Most recently, the duo was seen out on a walk at 3 a.m., near the time of the Met Gala.

While Burrow might be on the sidelines recovering from his turf toe injury, the Bengals have struggled. They suffered a tough 28-3 loss to Denver on Monday Night Football. Next week doesn’t seem to get any easier.
They will be back home, but they will be hosting the NFC North-leading Detroit Lions. Backup Jake Browning, who went 14-of-25 for 125 yards Monday night, is expected to start when the game starts at 4:25 p.m. ET on certain FOX stations. In the following weeks, they will take on Green Bay and Pittsburgh before their bye.
