NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Jayden Daniels has sparked relationship rumors with USC Trojans star JuJu Watkins after attending her second game in two months. The two were all smiles in the stands at the NCAA tournament, and fans were buzzing about a potential power couple.

Daniels showed up at USC’s first-round home game against UNC Greensboro at Galen Center in California on March 22. He watched Watkins put up 22 points and eight rebounds to help the Trojans cruise to a 71-25 win.
The Commanders quarterback was later spotted sitting with Watkins while watching No. 9 seed Mississippi State beat No. 8 seed California 59-46. The two were seen smiling together, which kicked up even more dating talk online.

“I see sparks flying,” another fan declared.
“This Is So Cute..My QB On A Date With One The Best Female Hooper’s In The World,” another fan wrote.
Daniels’ mom, Regina Jackson, has joked before that any woman dating her son would have to go through her first. She was also seen in the stands with them — sitting right between Daniels and Watkins — which had fans reacting online.

“Lololol his mom wouldn’t let him sit next to her,” a fan wrote.
Others thought Regina might have given her blessing.
“Mom definitely told Jayden ‘she’s the one!’,” another fan wrote.
Daniels was also in the crowd for the Trojans’ 71-60 win over No. 1 UCLA on Feb. 13. Both he and Watkins are single, but neither has commented on the status of their relationship or friendship.
They do have a few things in common. Both are from Southern California — Daniels from San Bernardino and Watkins from Watts — and they’re both Nike athletes.
Even though the dating talk is just speculation for now, it seems like Jackson might already see Watkins as part of her son’s inner circle.
“Nothing gets past my mama,” Daniels told Boardroom in December. “She reads people, she doesn’t want to put people around me that she doesn’t feel will benefit me.”
Jackson was also at both of the Commanders’ playoff games. After Washington’s first postseason win in over 20 years — against the Detroit Lions — Daniels gave her the game ball. He was picked No. 2 overall by the Commanders in the 2024 NFL Draft and finished with 3,568 passing yards, 25 touchdowns, and just nine interceptions.
