Does Jaxson Dart Have Any Siblings? Everything To Know About the Giants QB’s Younger Brother, Diesel

Get to know more about New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart's brother, Diesel, as the rookie prepare to make his first start in the NFL.

The New York Giants selected Jaxson Dart with the 25th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. He was the second quarterback selected in this year’s draft after Cam Ward, who the Tennessee Titans selected with the first overall pick.

Dart was one of the more intriguing quarterback prospects in his draft class, and the Giants view him as their future. He is set to make his first start in Week 4 against the Los Angeles Chargers after New York benched Russell Wilson.

Meet Jaxson Dart’s Brother, Diesel

Jaxson Dart has one brother, Diesel, who also plays football. He’s a wide receiver and defensive back at Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah.

Diesel is an unranked prospect for the 2027 class, per 247Sports, but he’s already attracting attention. He holds offers from San Diego State, BYU, and Jaxson’s alma mater, Ole Miss.

This past season, Diesel played a key role in helping Corner Canyon win the 6A state championship in Utah. According to KSL Sports, he recorded 44 tackles and one interception on defense while adding 23 catches for 369 yards on offense.

Diesel still has time before making his college decision, but Jaxson’s time at Ole Miss could definitely influence it—especially since the Giants quarterback is very excited about the program’s future.

“This program’s on the rise,” Jaxson said after the Gator Bowl, via Ole Miss Rebels on SI. “They’re going to continue to get better, and I think it’s just a place where people really want to play. A lot of excitement and momentum going for it, and like I said, I think it’s going to continue to improve and continue to be one of the best programs in the country.”

Jaxson is also extremely fond of his time at Ole Miss. After transferring from USC, he became a legitimate NFL prospect and found success with the Rebels.

“I haven’t really taken too much time to think about (my legacy) as of right now. I think I’ll kind of do more of that once the game’s over,” Dart told the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal on New Year’s Eve 2024. “But I’ve just been very appreciative of the time that I’ve had here. I felt like I gave it my all. … I’ve loved my time, and it’s been the best decision that I’ve made.”

Dart is now ready to take the next step with the Giants in the NFL. The NFC East franchise has a lot of faith in him, which is quite evident by how quickly they benched Wilson.

New York has started the season 0-3, and unless Dart goes on to have a solid rookie season, the Giants will have another top pick in next year’s draft.
