Jaguars UDFA Signings and Rookie Minicamp Invites: Dates, Notable Prospects, and More

The 2024 NFL Draft came and went, and the Jacksonville Jaguars made nine picks over all three days.

Immediately following the draft came undrafted free agent signings and rookie minicamp invites. Which guys have Jacksonville brought in?

Which UDFAs Did the Jaguars Sign? Contracts and Notable Names

One of the biggest signings the Jaguars made was Ohio State safety Josh Proctor, who many thought could get drafted. He got $215,000 in total guarantees, with $15,000 in a signing bonus.

The Jaguars also targeted receiver heavily in undrafted free agency, bringing in five guys to compete for roster spots. UTSA’s Joshua Cephus was a name who could have gotten drafted on Day 3, ultimately signing a deal with $55,000 in total guarantees. At 6’3″, he caught 89 passes for 1,151 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2023.

Additionally, Jacksonville signed D-III superstar Wayne Ruby, who put up video-game numbers for Mount Union. In five seasons, Ruby caught 362 passes for 5,624 yards and 74 touchdowns. That includes a 2022 season in which he had 105 receptions for 1,785 yards and 30 touchdowns.

Finally, another major name they brought in was linebacker Andrew Parker, who signed a deal with over $200,000 in total guarantees after multiple teams were bidding for him. At Appalachian State, Parker was All-Sun Belt, team defensive MVP, and a team captain.

Who Will Be Attending the Jaguars’ Rookie Minicamp?

The full list of invited players is noted in the table above. Notable names include Treylen Brown, IOL, Jacksonville State, and former NFL star Jarvis Landry, WR.

After sitting out the 2023 NFL season, Landry is looking to make a comeback at 31 years old. The one-time second-round pick and five-time Pro Bowl receiver was invited to and will participate in Jacksonville’s rookie camp, looking for a contract and a chance to compete for a roster spot.

In his nine-year career, Landry has caught 713 passes for 7,870 yards and 38 touchdowns. He most recently played with the New Orleans Saints in 2022, catching 25 passes for 272 yards and one touchdown.

Additionally, the Jaguars are giving Jacksonville State (Alabama) IOL Treylen Brown a shot. Brown was All-Conference USA in 2023 and All-ASUN conference in 2022. He started every game at center in 2023 and has played left tackle and right guard in the past.

When Is the Jaguars’ Rookie Minicamp?

The Jaguars’ new rookies will get a short break before they come back and get on the field for the first time. The team’s rookie minicamp is set to take place from May 10-11.
