The Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens have one of the fiercest rivalries in the NFL. Now the two teams are set to duke it out during Sunday Night Football for the top spot in the AFC North as well as the division’s lone playoff spot.
With such a huge match on the line, fans are wondering who will be their halftime performer.
Who Will Be the Halftime Performer for the Ravens-Steelers Game?
Typically, regular in-season games do not feature big halftime performances like the Super Bowl. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be something happening to entertain the fans in attendance.
The game, which will be hosted at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, will not have a big-name performer playing at halftime. Instead, they want to express their gratitude to their fans for their loyalty and support.
“With our final home game of the regular season today, we want to thank YOU – the best fans in the NFL – for your continued loyalty and support at Acrisure Stadium all season long,” posted the Steelers on their webpage.
The team also announced that at halftime, they will share the results of a sweepstakes, which will reward one fan with a new truck
According to the Steelers website, “As a part of the ‘Toughest Truck, Toughest Team Sweepstakes’, Neighborhood Ford Store – the Official Truck of the Pittsburgh Steelers – will be rewarding one lucky fan with an exclusive Steelers F-150 on the field at halftime.”
This will be the Steelers and Ravens’ second time meeting this season. They played in Baltimore in Week 14, and Pittsburgh walked away with a 27-22 victory. While Pittsburgh has been inconsistent this season, with Aaron Rodgers at the helm, they have done enough to take the lead in the AFC North.

In their Week 17 games, the two teams each controlled their destiny. The Ravens needed to win against the Green Bay Packers to keep their playoff hopes alive, and the Steelers needed to beat the Cleveland Browns to retain their lead.
Unfortunately, only one team did what they needed to do; the Ravens beat the Packers 41-24, while the Steelers fell to the Browns, 13-6. With only one spot in the playoffs for the AFC North, the 9-7 Steelers and 8-8 Ravens will battle it out in a sudden-death game where the winner takes all.
Both teams are dealing with uncertainty around some of their most critical players. Ravens QB Lamar Jackson has been dealing with a back contusion, which has sidelined him. He is expected to return to practice, and the team says they are “optimistic.” However, they are also missing key contributors such as Marlon Humphrey and Justice Hill.
The Steelers are also optimistic that T.J. Watt will return from a collapsed lung that required surgery. However, their offense has been decimated. Not only is DK Metcalf out serving a suspension, but Darnell Washington also broke his arm in Week 17.
