    ‘Perfect Halftime Show’ — NFL Fans Rave About Eminem, Jack White’s Performance During Lions-Packers Thanksgiving Game

    The Detroit Lions and Thanksgiving, name a better duo. They delivered a treat for fans with a halftime show featuring Jack White and Eminem. The Lions may be trailing at the half in a pivotal game for their playoff hopes, but fans were able to forget about the game during halftime. Fans took to social media to express their admiration for the performance put on by White and Eminem.

    NFL Fans Praise the Thanksgiving Halftime Show

    Fans loved the halftime performance by White and Eminem. White, one of the singers from the White Stripes, and Detroit legend, Eminem, showed out for the city and brought the house down.

    White’s famous “Seven Nation Army” roared throughout Ford Field, much to the excitement of those in attendance.

    “This Jack White halftime show in Detroit is freaking tremendous,” said one fan.

    Other fans went even further, describing the halftime show as perfect.

    “Jack white featuring Eminem is like the perfect halftime show,” said another fan.

    Fans continued to sing the praises of the halftime show. Detroit has halftime shows, but this one caught the attention of the fans. Eminem was a great addition to another esteemed artist in White.

    “Best Lions halftime show in ages,” said one fan.

    When Eminem took the stage, the fans erupted in cheers for their hometown hero. One fan wasn’t as impressed with White, but thought the addition of Eminem made the show.

    “Em saved this halftime show,” said a fan.

    Halftime shows are becoming more popular for primetime games. There is none bigger than the Super Bowl, and one fan was ready to stake their claim for White and Eminem to be the halftime show.

    “Now THIS should be the Super Bowl halftime show,” said one fan.

    The Lions have to get going, but fans were at least given a treat while the players weren’t disappointing them on the field.

    The fireworks carried over into the third quarter with the teams exchanging touchdowns. Detroit’s defense hasn’t gotten a stop so far after halftime as the Packers have engineered two efficient drives. It’s going to have to be a great fourth quarter for Detroit if they want to keep their fans happy beyond the halftime show.
