The wife of a three-time Super Bowl champion quarterback and a mom of three is stepping back into the spotlight. Brittany revealed she will return to pose for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, marking her second appearance with the franchise.
The announcement was rolled out in a splashy reveal on Thursday morning. Brittany joined Normani, Claire Kittle, Ronika Love, Christen Goff, and Haley Cavinder as individual cover stars for the February 2026 digital edition, all photographed in string bikinis during a beach shoot in Florida.
The 30-year-old sports a red two-piece from Ay Que Colour, which is a visual shoutout to the Kansas City Chiefs and her husband’s long run with the franchise.

Captured by Katherine Goguen, the group assembled for a photoshoot at the picturesque South Seas Resort on Captiva Island in the Fort Myers region, marking the magazine’s tribute to women reshaping the perception of the “WAG” label.
And after her announcement on Instagram went viral, Cavinder sent a two-word response to Brittany: “My Girl 😍.”
A mother of three, Mahomes first modeled for the Swimsuit issue in 2024, favoring bold red looks again. “I think being the significant other to an NFL player is an incredibly hard role, and we take on a lot of important stuff behind the scenes that people don’t get to see,” she told the magazine. “But we also get to enjoy life and do things that we love, too.”
With a background as a former pro soccer player, she also used the platform to spotlight the National Women’s Soccer League’s growing reach and her role as a founding co-owner of the Kansas City Current.
“The SI Swimsuit fashion team embraced a fun, kitschy style moment on set with Mahomes, who donned custom garments in Kansas City Chiefs colors: red, gold and white. A secondary all-black story embraced a clean, elegant aesthetic that brought forth sophistication and strength,” SI Swimsuit wrote while making the announcement after the stunning photoshoot on Captiva Island.
