‘Fire Everyone in the Front Office’ — Bengals Fans Call Out Franchise After ‘Horrendous’ Defensive Effort vs. Bears

Cincinnati Bengals fans are fed up. After starting off the 2025 season with two wins, the Bengals have dropped six of their last seven games. Losing Joe Burrow was brutal, but it’s been the defense that has been their downfall. Their offense has been electric since acquiring Joe Flacco, but it hasn’t really paid off.

Bengals fans sounded off on the Cincinnati front office on social media after their soul-crushing loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 9.

Fans Rip the Bengals Front Office

When healthy, Cincinnati’s offense has been built to compete with the league’s elite. But right now, the defense can’t seem to stop anyone. Many fans are furious about the team’s spending imbalance — pouring massive contracts into offensive stars while neglecting the defensive side of the ball. Burrow, Tee Higgins, and Ja’Marr Chase all landed huge deals, but in the eyes of fans, the defense has been left behind.

“So when are you guys going to f***ing do what needs to be done,” said one fan. “Your front office is sh*t. Your draft is basement level. Spent the world on offense and have LITERALLY zero defense. This year is a turning point for you. Fix it.”

Fans are demanding major changes at the top. One fan wants to see GM Duke Tobin, among others, on the unemployment line sooner rather than later.

“D sucks so bad how can you be that bad 2 years in a row!” said one fan. “Do something about it front office. Lou wasn’t your issue. Start with Duke and go down the line at firing. This is ridiculous being a fan and a season ticket holder.”

Others want a clean sweep of the front office.

“Please fire everyone in the front office. They clearly can’t draft or evaluate talent,” said one fan.

“CLEAN OUT THE FRONT OFFICE,” added another fan, whose name on X is “Fire Everyone.”

Fans are ready to go even more extreme, demanding that every coach and front office member be fired immediately.

“Not a single coach or front office person in the Bengals organization should have a job tomorrow morning, not even one,” said one fan.

It’s not out of the realm of possibility for someone in the Bengals organization to be fired in the coming days. While Bengals fans likely won’t get their wish of a complete house cleaning, they might be happy to see someone lose their job over these struggles. Their season is lost, and fans are waiting for change.
