Scottie Scheffler Favored, Jordan Spieth Playing, and Collin Morikawa Projecting: WM Phoenix Open 2026 Tee Times, DFS Stats, and Weather Outlook

Tee times are out at the WM Phoenix Open as calm winds in Arizona keep DFS strategy steady for Round 1.

It may be Super Bowl week, but the PGA TOUR has a fun event in Arizona, and with tee times released, it’s time to dive in and see what we can expect.

Calm Weather in Phoenix Keeps DFS Golf Strategy Relatively Stable

We continue to play golf in some optimal conditions. Forecasts for the first half of the week look to be about what you’d expect: temperatures in the 70s and a nice breeze.

The wind is supposed to taper off as Thursday progresses, but with all projections suggesting that the peak is going to be in the 15-mile-per-hour range, it’s not as if major adjustments need to be made when it comes to a DFS wave stack.

Golfers who start on Hole #10 have a slight edge in birdie-streak equity, but, as with the gusts, the impact figures to be minimal at best. Both sets of nine holes conclude with one of the toughest on the property, thus making the stringing of three together improbable.
