The Los Angeles Chargers will host the Houston Texans in Week 17. Here’s the latest fantasy football news and advice to help you with your lineups this week and moving forward, specifically regarding TE Oronde Gadsden.
Is Oronde Gadsden Playing in Week 17?
Gadsden is not on the injury report, and barring a surprise, he is expected to play.
We’ll continue to monitor the Chargers’ injury report leading up to kickoff for any changes. You can also visit and bookmark our Fantasy News Tracker for the latest updates.
Should You Start or Sit Gadsden in Week 17?
I’m not sold that Oronde Gadsden and Quentin Johnston can co-exist in this offense.
We’ve seen both produce big numbers for spurts, but rarely together, and with Johnston taking a step forward last week via the drive-changing plays, that has me fading Gadsden in favor of streamers like Colby Parkinson and Brenton Strange that have shown more potential recently.
The Bolts have won four straight, and they’ve done it with their TE1 earning just 12.2% of the targets. Don’t overthink this one and move on.
