The Los Angeles Chargers will visit the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 15. Here’s the latest fantasy football news and advice to help you with your lineups this week and moving forward, specifically regarding WR Keenan Allen.
Is Keenan Allen Playing in Week 15?
Allen is not on the injury report, and barring a surprise, he is expected to play.
We’ll continue to monitor the Chargers’ injury report leading up to kickoff for any changes. You can also visit and bookmark our Fantasy News Tracker for the latest updates.
Should You Start or Sit Allen in Week 15?
Allen hasn’t been a top 35 receiver in a game since he was WR3 out of nowhere against the Colts in the Week 7 loss, and there is no ground to stand on in terms of hoping for a return to relevance for our stretch run.
He’s essential to the Bolts, I won’t deny that. He’s their go-to third-down option and has caught seven of the eight balls thrown his way over the past two weeks. But on Monday night, the running backs soaked up the valuable usage (Kimani Vidal with the splash play and Omarion Hampton with the TD), introducing yet another moving piece to a pass game that already has four mouths to consider via WR/TE.
Allen doesn’t need to be rostered: this is meant to be a high-floor profile, and that’s not even remotely close to the case in this offense as it’s currently structured.
