The Houston Texans (3-4) will host the Denver Broncos (6-2) in Week 9. Here’s the latest fantasy football news and advice to help you with your lineups this week and moving forward, specifically regarding WR Jayden Higgins.

Is Higgins Playing in Week 9?
Higgins is not on the injury report, and barring a surprise, he is expected to play.
We’ll continue to monitor the Texans’ injury report leading up to kickoff for any changes. You can also visit and bookmark our Fantasy News Tracker for the latest updates.
Should You Start or Sit Higgins in Week 9?
Jayden Higgins was targeted twice on the first drive, led the team in targets (eight), and scored for the second time in four games (12-yard score from the slot).
There are some breadcrumbs being laid by the rookie, but I think his value is more tied to the status of Nico Collins (Week 8 DNP – concussion), and that puts him at risk of completely disappearing as soon as the former Pro Bowler returns to action.
Higgins is an interesting dynasty buy if you’re comfortable betting on the future of C.J. Stroud, but barring significant injuries around him, I’d be surprised if he hit your lineup at any point down the stretch of this season.
