Dynasty Fantasy Football: Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price Dominate the RB Conversation

Former Notre Dame starts Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price made history at the 2026 NFL Draft, becoming first duo from the same school to be the first two running backs selected in the same year since 1967. Love and Price combined for 69 touchdowns over the past three seasons at Notre Dame via rushing, receiving, and returning. Both will be involved from jump and dynasty fantasy football managers should be excited about their outlooks.

Fantasy Football Outlooks, 2026 NFL Draft

Jeremiyah Love (3rd overall pick, Arizona Cardinals)

Love had a extremely productive career at Notre Dame, particularly over the past two seasons. Last year, he ran for 1,372 yards and 18 touchdowns on 199 carries in 12 games in addition to catching 27 passes for 280 yards and three scores.

He possesses great burst and acceleration, explosiveness that allows him to create separation early. Love has top-end speed, he is light on his feet and that quickness and agility allows him to maneuver through areas with high traffic.

Love is a patient inside runner with good vision, core strength and contact balance, which allows him to break tackles and run with determination and effort consistently. He’s also a decent receiver with good route running traits. Simply put, he has what it takes to be complete playmaker in the NFL.

The Cardinals signed Tyler Allgeier in free agency and James Conner will return, so they really didn’t need a running back, but Love was possibly the best player on the board at No. 3 and only Las Vegas averaged fewer yards rushing per game than Arizona in 2025.

I consider Love a cornerstone player to build around. He’s my clear 1.01 in dynasty rookie drafts. There are concerns about Arizona’s offensive line, but Love’s elite talent, expected immediate high volume, and ability as a receiver make him worth the premium.

Jadarian Price (32nd overall pick, Seattle Seahawks)

Price brings a combination of size and speed to the pros. He runs downhill with more of a one-cut running style. He’s also shown good vision and can be successful when trying to find running lanes.

He can also be a productive runner outside the box on stretch plays. He’s also displayed deceptive quickness to accelerate and outrun defenders’ angles. Price’s ability to change directions and continue to gain positive yards while cutting is unmatched, and he’s also displayed good contact balance. Ball security is an area of improvement, but if he tightens it up then there are no limits to how much impact he can make as a rookie.

Yes, Price was never the starter at Notre Dame, but the fact that they were comfortable taking Love off the field for significant periods of time speaks volumes about how good Price is. Price also possesses elite vision in the open field and enough speed to turn short runs into big plays, just look at the three kick returns he ran back for touchdowns last year.

The Seahawks need to replace Super Bowl LX MVP Kenneth Walker III, which won’t be easy, but Price, with his inside/outside slasher ability, is a great fit with Zach Charbonnet.

Charbonnet suffered a torn ACL in his left knee in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. Charbonnet’s Week 1 status is in doubt and even if he doesn’t miss much time, it will take him a while to regain his pre-injury form.

Price has a chance to prove why many think he can be a star in the NFL. To me, he’s a No. 2 Fantasy running back and for dynasty, I see him as a first-round pick in all rookie-only drafts, only behind Love at the position.

Both Love and Price are both worth drafting in dynasty because they have complete, NFL-ready skill sets, as well as clear paths to meaningful roles in Arizona and Seattle.

Love reminds me of Reggie Bush: he brings explosiveness and receiving upside. Price’s vision, speed, and big-play potential can help the Seahawks right away as they navigate a new backfield hierarchy.

Jonah Coleman (108th overall pick, Denver Broncos)

Jonah Coleman will join a talented Broncos running back room that includes J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey. Thay new three-headed monster in their backfield is scary. Coleman is a beast who ran for 758 yards and 15 touchdowns in 12 games for Washington last year, catching 31 passes for 354 yards and 2 scores in the process.

Coleman will be another weapon for Bo Nix and help in 2026, particularly if Dobbins or Harvey get hurt, but for dynasty, he’s more of a long term play, as he’ll likely be the heir-in-waiting for Dobbins.
