The Top Kickers To Start in Week 2
Brandon McManus, Jacksonville Jaguars
Brandon McManus had a decent showing in Week 1, but it’s more important to focus on the overall state of the offense surrounding him. This Jaguars offense was humming against the Indianapolis Colts, and they should continue to be in scoring opportunity frequently this season.
In Week 2, Jacksonville has a matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs that has a projected over/under of 51.5 points at the time of writing. That means plenty of opportunities for McManus to get onto the field. He’s a solid start in this matchup.
Jake Elliott, Philadelphia Eagles
Just like with McManus, you’re looking for players who are going to have the opportunity to get onto the field. In this matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, Jake Elliott should have plenty of scoring opportunities due to the projected 48.5-point over/under. Fire him up with confidence.
