Five months after their dominant Super Bowl victory, the Philadelphia Eagles finally got to hold something even more precious than the Lombardi Trophy. The championship rings arrived at The Battery in Philadelphia on July 18, each one telling the story of a season that ended with a 40-22 triumph over the Kansas City Chiefs in February.
What Makes The Eagles’ Super Bowl 59 Ring So Special?
One look at these rings tells you everything about why they’re already being called masterpieces. Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts received the most distinctive version, with “MVP” prominently displayed on his personalized ring.
The ring features either platinum or white gold construction and showcases “WORLD CHAMPIONS,” the Eagles logo, and two Vince Lombardi trophies against a green background. But here’s where it gets really cool: there’s an interactive button that opens two bird wings, revealing the message “YOU CAN’T BE GREAT WITHOUT THE GREATNESS OF OTHERS.”

The personalization doesn’t stop there. Each player’s signature and jersey number are engraved on one side of the ring, which sits above an image of Lincoln Financial Field. The opposite side displays the final score of 40-22 beneath “EAGLES” and “Super LIX.”

But the real artistry lies in the details that celebrate the team’s historic season. The “WORLD CHAMPIONS” text consists of exactly 40 diamonds, matching the points Philadelphia scored in their Super Bowl victory. Meanwhile, the trophy features one carat of marquise-shaped diamonds that represent the Eagles’ No. 1 total defense and rushing offense, which set an NFL rushing record courtesy of Saquon Barkley.

The symbolism continues with the 10 diamond points in “SUPER BOWL LIX,” which commemorate the Eagles’ franchise-record 10-game winning streak during the regular season. Additionally, 18 green circles on the ring’s top honor the team’s NFL record-tying 18 total wins across the regular season and playoffs.

How Much Did The Eagles Spend On These Championship Rings?
Jason of Beverly Hills designed the Eagles’ Super Bowl 59 rings, though the exact price tag remains under wraps. However, current Super Bowl rings typically fall between $30,000 and $50,000 per piece.
To put that in perspective, Philadelphia’s Super Bowl 52 rings cost $20,960Â each, according to 92.5 XTU, and were crafted by Jostens, the longtime Super Bowl championship ring specialist. Earlier in 2015, the New England Patriots’ Super Bowl rings featured 205 carefully positioned diamonds and cost approximately $37,000Â each.
The Chiefs spent around $40,000 per ring in 2024-25, so Philadelphia’s Super Bowl 59 rings likely fall into that same price range.
While those numbers might seem steep, the true worth of these rings extends far beyond the diamonds, gold, and craftsmanship. Each ring represents exclusivity and carries deep sentimental value that connects to a specific championship moment.
Traditionally, the finest rings go to players, coaches, and management. However, teams have increasingly expanded their ring distribution to include lower-level staff members, recognizing the contributions of everyone in the organization.
