As if Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini’s alleged romantic scandal wasn’t enough, a different NFL figure drew backlash for how he’s treating his pregnant ex-girlfriend.
Eagles OT Fred Johnson’s Pregnant Ex-Girlfriend Bashes Him Publicly
Backup offensive tackle Fred Johnson finds himself in hot water after his ex-girlfriend, Lyss Okada, exposed him on TikTok for allegedly kicking her out of the house so he could freely entertain other women.
In one viral clip recorded in her car, Okada spoke out about what happened, with suitcases packed in the back.
“Hypothetically, if a man were to kick out his eight-month pregnant girlfriend and unborn daughter and to be then on Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with, hypothetically, you would not think that type of man is a good man or good father,” she said. “You would not think that man would have any form of integrity or morals or any form of decency.”

The fallout comes months after the couple announced the pregnancy on social media, expecting a delivery later in 2026.
“Hypothetically, if these women were to be aware of the fact that, hypothetically, this man has an eight-month pregnant, now ex-girlfriend — a child on the way, and still decides to speak to and have f**k with him, hypothetically, you would think that kind of women also have no respect for herself, no integrity, no morals, and no decency,” she added.
Johnson’s representatives were reportedly contacted for a comment from the player, but he has yet to respond to the allegations. The tackle has only posted a cryptic message on Instagram, saying, “The smartest flex isn’t revenge.”
Okada has also faced online criticism, with many blaming her for the relationship’s collapse. However, she clapped back, claiming Johnson had completely misled her about his character.
