Derrick Henry’s Girlfriend Adrianna Rivas Praises Agent Todd France With a Heartfelt Message After $30,000,000 Ravens Deal

Derrick Henry signs $30M extension with Ravens, and his girlfriend celebrated their agent’s role in securing the record deal for the running back.

Derrick Henry signed a contract extension with the Baltimore Ravens worth $30 million over two seasons, making him one of the three highest-paid running backs in the NFL, behind only Christian McCaffrey and Saquon Barkley in average annual value.

On Instagram, Henry’s girlfriend expressed her gratitude toward the running back’s agent for securing the deal, which nearly doubled his previous salary.

Derrick Henry Signs Extension With Ravens, Girlfriend Celebrates

The career of a running back over 30 is often short-lived. It’s one of the toughest positions to land a second big contract in today’s NFL — and a third is even rarer. For Henry, his previous deal with Baltimore suggested that lower salaries might define the rest of his career.

Last offseason, Henry left the Tennessee Titans and signed with the Ravens on a two-year, $16 million deal. The $8 million annual value seemed low, especially since Tennessee’s offense as a whole had underperformed, not just Henry.

Still, he posted 1,167 yards and 12 touchdowns that year. Just two seasons earlier, he had 1,538 yards and 13 touchdowns. Known for his bruising style, size, burst, and vision, Henry remained one of the hardest backs to bring down in open space, and Baltimore chose to bet on him.

That decision paid off. Henry racked up 1,921 yards and 16 touchdowns — both the second-best marks of his career. Paired with Lamar Jackson’s dual-threat abilities, the Ravens’ backfield became one of the league’s most dangerous, ultimately earning Henry his extension.

After the deal was finalized, Adrianna Rivas, Henry’s girlfriend, shared a message on Instagram thanking his agent, Todd France, who negotiated the new deal, which more accurately reflects Henry’s production.

“BEST IN THE GAME!!!! PTSO TFRANCE! We love you and our A1 fam so much,” Rivas wrote.

Henry’s new contract is now the largest ever for a running back over 30. With $25 million guaranteed, he’ll have another opportunity to chase a Super Bowl ring — the one achievement missing from a career that already looks Hall of Fame–bound.

Henry has 11,423 yards and 106 rushing touchdowns for his career, and he is the active leader in both categories. With one more 1,000-yard rushing season, Henry would pass NFL legend Jim Brown on the all-time rushing yards leaderboard.

The Ravens are one of the top contenders for Super Bowl 60, set for February 2026 in Santa Clara, Calif. With no signs of decline and a new deal that shows the franchise’s trust in him, Henry will get another chance to help lead Baltimore to the championship stage.
