Dak Prescott has long been the face of the Dallas Cowboys and one of the most recognizable quarterbacks in the NFL. However, developments off the field have recently drawn attention, as reports suggest Prescott has split from his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, just a month before their planned destination wedding in Italy.

Prescott and Sarah were first linked in September 2023 when she attended a Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium and shared a photo of herself hugging the star quarterback. Their relationship quickly entered the public spotlight as Prescott put together a strong season, and the couple welcomed their first child, daughter Margaret Jane “MJ” Rose Prescott, in Feb. 2024.
The relationship continued to progress rapidly. Prescott proposed in Oct. 2024 during a round of golf, even involving their daughter in the moment. The couple later welcomed their second daughter, Aurora Rayne Prescott, in May of last year and began planning a wedding for this offseason.
However, TMZ Sports reported Saturday that the couple had split roughly a month before their planned destination wedding in Italy.
“We’re told the relationship had been rocky behind the scenes for months … but things came to a head with a blowup argument at their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties in the Bahamas — and Sarah Jane called it off,” the report stated.
“The reality is, we’re told the relationship is beyond repair … so the focus will be on coparenting their two kids — ages 2 and nearly 10 months — moving forward.”
Interestingly, things appeared normal between the two as recently as Feb. 23, when Sarah shared photos from her bridal shower on Instagram.
“The most intimate and beautiful bridal shower of my dreams 🥰 ✨ So grateful for my aunts who hosted it and my girlfriends and family that came to celebrate. I love you all so much and can’t wait to marry the love of my life with all of you by my side 🥹🇮🇹🍝,” she captioned the post.
She also posted several photos from her bachelorette trip with close friends earlier this week, writing, “I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends. I love these girls so much.”
While TMZ reported that those posts had been deleted, they were still visible on Sarah’s Instagram profile at the time of writing, along with several other moments featuring Prescott. Neither has publicly addressed the breakup reports, leaving fans to speculate about the current state of their relationship.
