The NFL World Celebrates Mother’s Day

NFL stars took to social media throughout the day. Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons shared a few throwback photos, including one from his high school days at the All-American Bowl. He also posted a message for the mother of his son, Malcolm.

Former Houston Texans and Arizona Cardinals defensive end J.J. Watt also posted a mix of current and throwback pictures of his wife, Kealia, and their son. His Mother’s Day post also featured his own mom spending time with her grandkids.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson posted on his X account to celebrate the mothers in the entire universe, rather than just the NFL world.

Other NFL names also shared photos, stories, and baby pics, showing love for the moms who raised them. Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields, and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens all shared throwback images with their moms. Fields even went way back to the diaper days.

Stefon Diggs, Deshaun Watson, and Hall of Famer Michael Strahan each honored their moms with more recent photos, some taken during Mother’s Day outings or events.

While fans thank moms for raising these football stars, the wives and partners raising their children now weren’t forgotten either. Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams shared a post thanking his wife for everything she does as a mom.

From all of us at PSFN, Happy Mother’s Day to all moms — in the NFL and everywhere else. Thank you for your love, support, and everything you do.
