Dak Prescott’s offseason just got a little sweeter. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback, who’s grinding to return from injury and lead his team back into contention, now has another reason to smile. It’s thanks to a heartfelt gesture from the person who knows him best.

Emotional Moment Between Dak Prescott and Fiancée Captured on Instagram Goes Viral
On Tuesday, Sarah Jane Ramos, Prescott’s fiancée, shared a quiet but emotional moment on her Instagram Story. It was a photo of the couple sitting on a boat, paired with six simple words: “I love this man so much♥️♥️♥️♥️.”
The post didn’t come with fanfare. No tags. No filters. But it came at a time when Prescott’s focus was split between football and family. The post struck a chord with fans and came just weeks after the couple welcomed their second daughter, Aurora Rayne, on May 22.
“Our sweet Aurora Rayne Prescott arrived on her due date 9 days ago,” Ramos shared on Instagram when announcing the birth.
Prescott echoed the joy in his own post: “Thank You God! Welcome, Aurora Rayne! … I love you @sarahjane and the family we’ve created.”

The growing Prescott family also includes their first daughter, Margaret Jane “MJ” Ramos, who was born in February 2024. With Aurora’s arrival, Prescott and Ramos are now a family of four. That’s a milestone the Cowboys acknowledged publicly with warm congratulations over the weekend.
Prescott Eyes Comeback Season With Dallas Cowboys Under New Head Coach
While Prescott’s personal life has brought plenty of joy, his 2024 season didn’t go according to plan. A hamstring injury sidelined the 10th-year quarterback after just eight games, derailing Dallas’ campaign and eventually bringing an end to Mike McCarthy’s tenure as head coach.
Now, with Brian Schottenheimer stepping in to lead the charge, there’s renewed energy in Dallas. Schottenheimer, entering his first season as a head coach after serving as the team’s offensive coordinator for the past two seasons, has drawn praise for the structure and intensity he brought to the team’s minicamp.
Training camp opens July 21 in Oxnard, Calif., and Prescott is expected to be fully healthy and ready to go. The quarterback’s recovery timeline has him positioned to participate in all offseason activities leading up to the 2025 season.
“I wanna win a championship,” he said in a June 12 press conference. “Be damned if it’s just for my legacy, for this team, for my personal being, for my sanity, the legacy will take care of itself. I have to stay where my feet are.”
The Cowboys are hoping that with a clean slate and a retooled offense, Prescott can finally push them past the playoff wall that’s haunted the franchise in recent years. For the three-time Pro Bowl quarterback, though, football isn’t the only thing worth fighting for. These days, he’s leading both a team and a family, and the support from Ramos shows he’s not doing it alone.
Prescott’s growing family now matches his jersey number — four members strong — as he prepares for what could be a defining season in his decade-long career with Dallas.
